HubEssentials Glitch

Ok, so on my server, I have recently installed HubEssentials. I am using the server selector config to edit the server worlds my players can go to. So after playing with the config and rebooting my server, for some odd reason, the plugin glitches out. What I mean is, I cant open the world selector. (If it is a common glitch, I can't open the server rank selector either.) If someone could help me with my problem, that would help alot. (Sorry if I posted in the wrong section.) Also, here is my config, maybe for hub essentials server selector option.
