Plugin category: MiniGames Suggested name: TheWalls2 What I want: I'd like to beable to get a another version of the plugin Walls. I haven't looked recently (past 3-4 days) if it has been updated to 1.7. So I was wondering if anyone would be able to remake the plugin and update it so its compatible for 1.7 Ideas for commands: All previous cmds from the original Walls plugin. Ideas for permissions: All previous perms from the original Walls plugin. When I'd like it by: Not to soon but I don't want to wait very long for it. Thanks!
I wasn't stating that it was broken. I was stating that I would like to get a fully updated version for 1.7. Maybe so I could use the different colored sand. Edit: Btw it's not broken I would just like a fully updated plugin.
No I haven't. But since it has not been marked as broken I would assume that it is not broken. And maybe someone is up for it. There is a maybe in the equation.
Plugin is working already, only thing that he wants is an updated version. JDServers98 PM the developer, ask for an update.
Why is an "update" even necessary? Just because you compile with 1.7 Bukkit doesn't make it 1000% better than the same thing compiled with 1.6.4 Bukkit.
thats not quite correct. If the plugin uses names to store data only during the time they are online they do not need to be updated to the UUID system. IE something like a tdm that does not require any data from any files/databases or plugins that sends messages and so on
To add on to that, even if the plugin uses names to save data it doesn't HAVE to update. It can just use the normal name system it uses now, but if someone changes their name then kaboom, but the plugin will still function. The only time you HAVE to update is when there are crucial changes that break functionality, such as the Events update ages ago, any plugin using events would HAVE to make changes if they wanted it to work still. uuids isn't one of those things.
ninjagamer Btw if u r gonna make this can u plz make it public cause i think others would want an updated and most likely better coded plugin then the others out their.
