Problems connecting to my server 1.7.2

Well im having some problems.

im hosting my server at my own pc, only i can connect/logging in into the server
but, i can't do it with my external ip adress. i can only connect with my internal, witch is weird.
i tought the port forwarding was the problem but no. i have checked my port (25565) with this http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/. and its open....

does anyone know that problem ?

oh yea im running latest dev build of 1.7.2 (new server)

Also Server properties are good

Onlinemode false and run.bat -o true has been removed

 

Check your internet speed at
www.speedtest.net
If your download is around 20 ping is at about 50 or under you should be good.

Offline servers ares not supported by dev.bukkit.org please change it to true and have your players buy minecraft legit
