Login Spawning Problem!

Everytime i login i spawn at the same place. everytime! also when i go to far place and disconnect then reconnect i spawn at the same place.. my plugin are

I also tried delete Safe-Login Plugin but doesn't seem to work.. :< help me........

I really need help :/
and not only me. all player and admins. If u not so understand here i give example. I (anyone) login and spawn at some place (i called it A) and then i go far away then when i reconnect i spawn at place A back.

 

I don't really get it. Do they get tp'd to the spawn the whole time or what?
Be more specific.

 

its like. everytime i go into (everytime and all player) my server i spawn in same exact place and not spawn. i set /spawn at far away from i spawn.. :<

you want it to be like when they login they goto spawn? or vice versa? @NikFarisAiman2014
