Bukkit Server: Already Decorating Error?(MCPC+)

Dear Bukkit Community,

I'm working on a huge modpack with arround 128 mods, and I keep getting the Already Decorating error when someone is loading new chunks or when someone goes to a dimension which hasn't been generated yet. Since it's a bukkit server, I thought that there would be people on the Bukkit Forums who could help me out. I have put 2 crash-reports in this post, one when someone goes to the candycraft dimension(1), and one when a new biome is being generated(2). I have fixed alot of errors and item ids to get this modpack to work, but I don't know how to fix this one. I already searched on google which didn't help at all. I hope someone could help me fix my modpack by explaining as easily as posible what I should do. (Removing mods is my last option if this doesn't work, so don't mention it . )
