Problem with bukkit in Windows 8

I were trying to set up a server in my new computer with windows 8, i've created and configured it but my friends can't enter. I checked the server.propierties like 20 times, deactivated the firewall, changed the hamachi web to private too but they can't join. Also i searched lots of tutorials to fix it and anyone worked. I don't know if it's a bukkit problem or it's about the operative system. If anyone knows the solution please help me.

Are you using Hamachi? I strongly advise against using it unless you have no other choice, as most of the time getting your server open to the internet is as simple as forwarding port 25565 from your router to your computer. Open cmd and type ipconfig, and ensure that port 25565 is being forwarded to your computer's IPv4 address in your router's settings.

 

Also that's a problem, when i open ipconfig it automatically closes
