Light players on fire with Flint&Steel

Suggested name: FireLighter ?

What I want: I'd like a plugin which can set players on fire with the right click of flint and steel.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

When I'd like it by: As soon as you can?

There may possibly be a plugin out there already that can do this, but I haven't been able to find it.
If you could reply to this thread with links to a plugin, that would be great.

I have no great experience in plugin dev, but this doesnt seem like a VERY hard thing to do.

Also, a simple permission node would be handy, although, having everyone get this ability would not be a bad thing.

EDIT: Having the Flint and steel take durability would be a nice touch

So are you asking for if someone walks into fire they catch on fire or if a player right-clicks another player with flint 'n' steel then the player that was clicked on catches on fire??

 

The person that is clicked gets set on fire for about 3 seconds.
