Possibly Addictive Plugin Idea?

Hey so I've had this plugin idea for a LONG while now, and I've wanted to pursue it's development myself, but I haven't been able to jump into learning Java since I've been focusing on web development such as Python. So I gave up on doing it myself. I am posting this here to see if anyone is interesting in making it!

    My idea:
A COD Zombies type of plugin, where there are buildings that have doors zombies and mobs come in through, and you can buy guns with money you earn by killing zombies. These guns would be signs on walls at certain places. Also, there would be unlockable doors that you pay to get further through the maps.

There is only one plugin I know of that might have come close to this, but it's features are VERY buggy, and does not give a COD Zombies feel to it. For example the mobs do not come through doors/windows/whatever, they just spawn right in front of you, there are no "hell hounds" waves, or special mobs used. Also, the guns aren't pursued as best as they could have been. On top of all of that, it doesn't seem to come in "waves" that have small 15 second breaks in-between them like COD Zombies does.

Anyway thanks for reading, if you are interested in my idea, lets talk!

Well there are actually several maps for this if you want to do it on a private server or using multiworld.

dccfoux that python to be used in a website requires a framework to do so. I can use native c in websites just as well as python. Python is easier and faster to code in due to it being a scripting and programming language. It still doesn't classify it as a web development language as you can't make anything without some sort of framework to run it.

Right, so saying it ISN'T something you can use to create a web application with is like saying "I style my websites with Sass, not CSS." It doesn't mean that Python isn't involved at all.

Both work, but are very buggy, and are missing a lot of things like I originally mentioned. I've tried the first one before. 80% of the features were not working correctly.

dccfoux yeah python can be used to make web applications, usually its the back end work it does(correct me if I'm wrong here). But they way you said it was what I was completely confused about. Hence the wtf

Anyways back on topic. Yes I do agree about the other plugins. They're either buggy or not what your looking for. I may try tackle this this week. If not well I'll post that I don't have time.

Then contact the developer and ask them if they can work to fix it.

Ahh I see, no worries man! Everyone has those "wait... what?!" moments.

It'd be cool if you could make a good version!

4 players, but I could see some BIG maps made that could handle 6 or possibly more.

dccfoux Call of Minecraft does all of this except Zombies coming through windows/doors. It is also actively maintained, and has very few bugs
