Nether Portal Problem

So i got my server for a week or 3 up and running and everything goes fine, but then some people said the nether portal isn't working in factions, you can create one but when you step in it it won't teleport you it does work in all the other worlds, i got like 5 worlds for different games etc and Factions also has it own ,
Please help me Thanks

 

I don't know factions in detail. But it's probably a permission problem. Check if there are special permissions for faction areas to enter nether portals.

BTW: Wrong section.

If you still have this problem..
It has nothing to do with permissions. There is simply no Nether linked to this world!
Step 1: Download PortalLink
Step 2: Make a new world with Multiverse or Multiworld etc. called; Factions_Nether (Ofcourse make it generate a Nether world..)
Step 3: Say command /pl link <factionworldname> <factionnetherworldname>
*NOTE: I might be wrong about the command part, but I think it works. Just check the PortalLink page for more info.
