Factions 1.6.9.5 Help

So I used factions 2 and it sucked -_- so i used old factions but i got 2 problums . First is that
The Tag dosent show . Secound Is when u type Some thing in factions chat (/f c f )
it posts it in factions chat AND in normal chat .
Please Anybody can help

I do not use any chat plugins . I use Essentials ,jobs,factions , pvplogger , lagremover , Hg , parkour , groupmanger , mcore , vault , and bunch of other
