Summon Mount item.

I'm looking for a plugin that you use a Item to Spawn in a Horse/pig/dragon mount or w/e other thing you could control as a mount maybe spider? for my server.
because the server has Hardcore difficulty, but has events i want players to be able to at least get ahold of a special rare mount during events i host. the items can be toggled to stay with you if you die, or drop on the ground as loot for who killed u. Also have it so you can store the mounts back into their items via holding shift and right clicking them. since normal right click would mount them.

Since nametags are already in the game they can be named. i'd imagine so no need to add such a function ;p

As for mounts I want..

Mounts: Zombie horse,Skeleton horse,Ghast,spider,pig, wolf,squid,enderdragon and sheep.
make Spider mount be able to climb up vert walls .
Sheep mounts to be dyeable.
Wolf mounts able to have colar dyed.
Dying can occur via maybe put the mount item in crafting table/crafting area with dye of choice..
ghast to have ability to shoot fireball and fly. Enderdragon has it's no-clip function.

Have all mount item recipes uncraftable by non Admin/Ops by defualt.
