Silent Hub?

Suggested name: SilentHub

What I want: A plugin that makes players in a certain world/map invisible, and also disables chat. (multiworld support please)

Ideas for commands: /silenthub to toggle the plugin

Ideas for permissions: anything is fine

When I'd like it by: anytime is fine.

 

I think WorldGuard has a chat receive/send disable feature.

sh.others = /sh [PLAYER]
