Solved Hidden Blocks - Hive MC

Hey all,
I noticed that on the server hivemc.eu they have invisible blocks. Since I had no client side mod I was a little confused since I know that bukkit doesn't support creating new blocks. So I came to the conclusion that it must have something to do with a server texture pack. If anyone knows how to do this I would love to know. I would only like to have the invisible blocks on one part of my server if possible. If you know anything I would love to know.

If you mean blocks that cannot be seen but have a collision box then there is a special door block you can use for that, SethBling made a video on it a while back.

 

There are invisible blocks in minecraft. I think they are piston extensions that you can only get via creative.

 

Thanks this worked. Useing //set 64depends on which way the door faces) I was able to create invisible door blocks.

Piston extensions are visible.

 

Block 34 (piston extension) is invisible, but its not solid.

 

Oh well that wouldn't fit my needs anyway, but thanks for clarifying.
