my port is open completely but i still cant join with external ip

    Are you setting up the Server on your own Pc? Which looks like on the last screenshot. So simply use "localhost" or the local IP to join but not the external. Im not sure if you can join on your external ip at all, makes no sense. Is only for "external" users, who want to join your Server.

    Use "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" when connecting locally.
