First off, are you trying to fix the plugin errors?
Or is it about that actual lag? Are you using other programs that are taking up the allocated RAM applied to the server?

You need to make sure you have plugin-profiling: true in your bukkit.yml
Then type /timings start, after a few mins, type /timings merged

Those plugins are built and seem to only work on 1.5.1
You need to update them. They won't be causing the lag though.

Run timings, its the best way to see whats happening.

Pretty sure you are not allowed to talk about money here.

    Anyway, http://aikar.co/timings.php?url=5695212

McMMO, Essentials and Broadcast are taking up a lot of CPU time when players join.

boosCooldowns also is using a lot of CPU when players run commands.

Make sure all of those plugins are fully updated. Or get rid of them.

In fact, you should really make sure every single one of your plugins are up to date.

But those are the ones which seem to be causing the most problems.

do you think it might just be joining lag?

It might be indeed. If not, then you've been either; Overloading your hardware (Especially CPU) or they're overselling the node really hard.. Lol
How many TPS do you have when you type /lag in console ?
Post a screenie of what /lag says.

Hi I ran a lot of tests and I came to the conclude that bending can and will over power a server that is 3gb ,I got all my staff to use bending at once and it lagged out the test server I have all the plugins on your list ,did it 3 times and it happened ,I when to your server and asked everyone to bend at once time it had the same affected 5 players and me used it and lagged out your server.

some features of bending may have contributed to some lag but the creator of bending states this is not the cause.

    updated timings!

PvPTimer seems to be lagging the server when players respawn.

Other than that, none of them should be lagging the server enough to notice it (At least by themselves)
