Public IP keeps changing!!??!?

I've just portfowarded my server after getting tired of Hamachi and yesterday my IP Public/External IP was 210.195.20.88 and now it's 210.195.19.56! Is it going to keep changin! OH NOES! This is bad, please help me out guys, I've just learned portfowarding yesterday T_T! I did make a static IP and suddenly after I shutdown my computer the default gateway disappeared and I had to retype it! WHAT IS THIS SORCERY!

 

Your external IP is controlled by your ISP and by the sounds of it, its dynamic (changes). It will keep changing but only when you restart our modem. You can either call them and as for a static (stays the same) IP (Which may be possible and may cost money), or you can use a website like NO-IP which allows you to download a free program and automatically updates your IP with a DNS you choose.
