    "org.bukkit.configuration.InvalidConfigurationException: unacceptable character '?' (0xFFFD) special characters are not allowed"

    In the file"plugins/ChestShop/local.yml" there is a "?" which is not allowed to be there

    if you send me that file i can have a look at it
