The effects of the Genjutsu could be blindness, drunk, and instant damage (custom-able damage) customed by the config anymore effects could be included. Maybe a custom-able message as well. Maybe if it is possible only certain cures Ex. walking into lava, and water. Although drinking milk is fine.
