Having trouble with chat control!

Hello everyone, Caprei here, So I was hoping I could ask just one more question, hopefully the last before my server is up and ready! So here it is, Thank you for taking the time to answer/read:

So basically I have some plugins (punishmental etc.) which seem to like advertising, every now and then this comes on the chat "Thank you for using punishmental, if you enjoy using this plugin consider donating here... (it gives a link)" or something along those lines anyway, This also happens with other plugins, I won't go into them here as I have already given an example, So I was wondering how I could disable these messages.
I have been searching for a good two hours for a plugin that seems to do the trick but I cannot find any, I went through the config.yml folders of the specific plugins but I can't find any option relating to that advertising, So if you could tell me how to:

a) Disable this, and if this isn't possible
b) A plugin which stops this

I'd be very grateful!

If neither of those are possible I can just delete the plugin but I really would prefer to just disable it in some way. Thank you for your time!

 

Well you can't disable it but you may be able to find a plugin that does that though I searched for one and I didn't find any.
