Hi I have try ed a number of plugins e.g permissonsbukkit, permissions Ex and grope manger but they just wont work I have followed guides EXACTLY and it still doesn't work plz help!!
I've never tried grope manager myself but it sounds like fun. As for your problems, you will need to actually post your permissions file for whatever plugin you are currently using and what isn't working about it.

Are you trying to run Tekkit versions of the plugins on the 1.5 version of Bukkit or are you trying to run the 1.5 version of some plugins on Tekkit? You didn't post enough of your server.log to tell. If you want to run the 1.5 version of Bukkit, I would suggest updating your plugins.
Your Essentials version if almost 9 months old. Please post an updated server.log if you think you have them all updated.
