Change prefix & delay on commands, questions.

    Hey!
    I was wondering if there's any mod where a player can change his own prefix? It must work with the GroupManager so the prefix don't stack!

    I was also wondering if there's any way to put delays on essentials such as /feed, /heal, /repair - yeah you got it :)

    I can't seem to find anything about this :( found SimplePrefix but that didn't work at all...
