Chat Color

Hello,

I would like to see a plugin where the group "Owner" always chat in Orange (&6) so whatever I type is gonna be Orange.

 

Ok, I figure I'll make a permission that you can add to your "owner" group then make it so that if that group has that permission, then their chat will be orange. Sound good? I'll get started, have it done in maybe 20 minutes

Well I finished it but as this is my first project I've uploaded to dev.bukkit, I'm having trouble so let me upload the project then I'll get back to you
