Players cannot build or place blocks.

I do not have modifyworld or essentials AntiBuild. Players are outside of the spawn radius and the region is not protected. The gamemode is set to survival. When my players try to break or place a block, it just doesn't work and doesn't give them any kind of message. Here is a list of my plugins:

Try debug mode, and look what permission is checked when somebody is trying bo break the block.

 

I tried the debug mode and nothing really happened. Even more, I deleted my my PermissionsEX to see if permissions were even the cause of this, and it isn't. Even without permissions installed on my server, players still can't place or break blocks. I also tried getting rid of things such as WorldGuard, WorldEdit, Nocheat, etc. Practically everything and it still didn't work.

I feel like this is a problem that doesn't relate to the actual plugins...

Yes, and it didn't do anything. I deleted PermissionsEX and players still couldn't place blocks so I'm not certain that this is due to permissions. Still looking for any kind of insight or advice.

 

hm, try check worldguard regions.

 

Try to give Essentials.* permission. If that works, you know its something in essentials blocking.
Else proceed with other plugins

 

read the plugin list.
he has no essentialsantibuild.jar.

 

Try enabling pex debug mode to see if it's a permissions problem.
