Rank Shop NEW IDEA

I would make this but I am not as good to handle this plugin!.
Plugin name:AuriShops
Idea for plugin: I want this to make rank shops, Each rank will have a shop To create a rank shop you do the following things

If Vip tried to use mvp shop they will not be able to use mvp shop with out having the perms.
Config would look something like this
AuriShops:Config
Ranks:
Mvp:add perm:AuriShop.use.mvp
VIP:AuriShop.use.vip
SVP:AuriShop.use.SVP
Then you can add any other ranks you would like to add/perms to that rank.
I would like this plugin private If possible!
