PermissionsEx & ChatManager Issue

Hello,

I am having some trouble with PermissionsEx and ChatManager when trying to set colors for names in chat. I have tried many different combinations but I can't seem to get the new minecraft color codes to work.

For example,

I ran the command: /pex group Admin set message-format "&4%player: &f%message"

I do know that the format changed so I headed into the YML file and changed the Ampersands(&) to § and what comes up looks like this:

ÂMilhouz: ÂHello

Any ideas on how to solve the problem of getting rid of the A-Hat(Â). I've tried many different combinations but I don't know where the  is coming from.

If you need the permissions I am willing to upload.

Try going into the config and use (&) and not through the game.
