Essentials chat spy always with ops fix

Hi i will be really happy if someone made a plugin that fix this:
I have essentials, it comes with local chat and shout but all the op players hear all the local chats I try removing the permission essentials.chat.spy but it doesnt work so i think if someone can make a plugin that fix that and the ops dont here local chats of essentials

 

You should use Essentials' bug tracker. This is a place to request plugins, not to fix bugs from other plugins.

sounds like you didnt remove the permission correctly, then.
paste permission file.

 

Its not a permission you need to type /soicalspy to disable and enable chat spy.
