Crash on right click with right click plugins.

First up, hi! I'm pretty new to the Bukkit/Minecraft Plugin community, and so far, me and my friends are having quite a bit of fun with the plugins, so I'd just like to say thanks to all the developers of Bukkit and all of the plugin programmers. So on to my problem...

Everytime I or anyone of my friends on my server tried to right click with any form of right click editing plugin. (I.E. ArcTeleport, most of WorldEdit, and the /qjump command from TelePlus)
Has anyone ever had similar problems? Or am I missing some kind of plugin or something?

Also having this problem with TelePlus, Moderators are using qjump with a tool and reporting that the server locks up, crashes and rolls back. If they try and reconnect it times out.
