   Hi! I'm looking for a simple plugin that makes a certain item available for a certain player only.
   For example, in a config there would be like [item ID] - [playername] and after that the plugin makes sure that only the specified player can spawn that item.
   
   If someone could make me a plugin that could do this i'd be REALLY grateful
