How do I put an actual "MOD" from singleplayer to bukkit?

    Ive seen a couple videos like Paintball battle on Multiplayer. I want to know how to put mods from singleplayer (Portal Gun Mod :0) to Multiplayer so me and my friend can do portal Maps together.
    Not a SINGLE youtube video tells me how to do this. Can Anyone help me? Ill give you my server ip and 30[diamond]'s if you can.:D

    Also know that Bukkit doesn't support modified Bukkit jars. What I mean is you can't ask for support (help) here or at least you shouldn't.
