    Do you mean your personal achievements? Those are stored in you .minecraft directory. Did you reinstall Minecraft lately?

    thats the start .cmd of the server
    Code:
    @ECHO OFF
    IF /I "%PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE:~-2%"=="64" "%ProgramFiles%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar "craftbukkit-1.3.1-R2.0.jar"
    IF /I "%PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE:~-2%"=="86"  java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar "craftbukkit-1.3.1-R2.0.jar"

    java7 64 and java7 32
    win7 64 bit
    plugins: cmdbook, founddiamonds, minecal, mincratmania, ontime, superwheat, worldedit
    no errors

    and yeah i mean my personal archievements, when i restart the server my archievement are resetet

    Well I'm saying that achievements are saved in your Minecraft directory and not on the server. Don't reinstall! What I was saying if you delete your minecraft folder your achievements are gone.

    Soo I have a question. When you play single player do you have achievements?
