Failed to login :(

Out of nowhere, my friend relogged and said he couldn't get into the server, so I restarted the server, relogged, got the same instant message. Help?

 

Minecraft session servers are currently down.

 

How long will they be down? The same thing is happening to my server.

 

I am not really sure , check http://xpaw.ru/mcstatus/ or http://help.mojang.com/ .

Have the same problem with my server.

 

Mojang's servers are pretty dodgy at the moment; you can see there availability at http://help.mojang.com. If one is down it can cause problems with logging in. Hope I've helped!
