On my server Anyone who isn't an op cannot destroy or place blocks anywhere despite my zones, and can't even open doors or activate things like furnaces or chests. Is there a permission that allows them to do such things? Please help thnx
You're running into problems with PEX's Modifyworld module, specifically (in your example) the modifyworld.blocks.interact.* permission. Have a look at its rather extensive documentation, or remove the module completely if you don't need its protection.
