Problem: Ender pearl is supposed to teleport you when throwing (right click) ITS NOT. Before we find out if it's Bukkit or a plugin, can you remove all plugins temporarily*, then see if you can teleport with them? *By temporarily I mean move them somewhere else.
i tried on my test server without plugins. Teleportation is possible with ender pearls. Which means its a plugin. Though no idea what plugin, i checked worldguard through , i think i didnt see anything about pearls there.
Very odd. If you have time, try adding plugins back 2 at a time until it stops working, then you get the rest.

It sucks to have to do, but this is often the best way to find the problem. Otherwise you are relying on someone having the same plugin configured the same way as you do reading this thread and responding with an answer. If you can replicate the problem (easily enough in this case), loading each plugin one by one (or multiple at a time) can be fairly quick to find out where the problem lies.

and the best part is , i cannot ask for help at their own bukkit topic coz it is CLOSED. Devbukkit page gives me message that i cant send a referrer so i cant log in / send tickets
Hey dude, so I had the same problem, I just spent the last hour taking away, reloading server, taking plugin away, reloading server etc. Untill i changed my gamemode from (Creative) to (Survival) and tried to throw a pearl... It seems that in this craftbukkit build, you cannot use pearls in GM or Creative mode. Hope it helps... -Connor
I know it doesn't work in creative. But the plugin which causes the ender pearl not to teleport is HEROES plugin, there is spell "Blink" which teleports the player when used. "Restrict-ender-pearl: false/true" but i changed it "false" and still it wont allow players to teleport. Somehow it still prevents the use. Cant make ticket for it to report this bug-.-''
