Can anyone help me a bit with maven?

    Basically, http://hastebin.com/jetisaraga.xml
    I am using IntelliJ IDEA 11.0.2, and that particular pom.xml works on netbeans... however on IntelliJ, it downloads bukkit, as i can see htrough the console, but then it crashes anywhere org.bukkit is mentioned! Does anyone know what could be causing that?
