Invincible NPC's With Citizens? Help out!

    Hey, I use Citizens a popular NPC plugin for my server FallCraft: New Vegas.However when I attack the NPC's they seem to NEVER die.What is my problem and how do I fix, I have setowner to someone else and they are configured Bouncer Guards.Thanks! Please help!
