Server to Server Portal (PLEASE)

I was looking for a simple plugin that you can make a nether portal, put a sign put ip, and you go to the server of the ip written, Simple as. I 've been looking for hours and hours, i really need help, if theres already one, please let me know, i tried all, stargate, transporter, its all complicated, cant your make or isnt there one which is just put ip on sign and go on portal and you get connected to that ip?

I would realllly appreciate if any1 can help

Its not a public plugin. The owner sells it for a few houndred though.

I might, but i found out this can be free, I found on one of servers a nether portal with sign which says [Server] and the server ip then port, but i couldnt find a plugin, plus that wasnt a cloud. So idk which plugin is that, But if for cloud isnt too expensive i might, but im sure this can be for free, You're just making a portal, if you go in it, you get reconnected to another ip thats all

I'm pretty sure that this would be requiring a client side mod as well, I don't think it can be done just through the server.

 

I think it doesnt need one, I went on server called shadowraze, they had a nether portal, the sign said [Server] then the ip, i went it it, and it said logging in, which was to that ip, Any info?

Looking at it, it does need client mods, but I seriously doubt that it can be done without them.

I have seen this without client mods, but I think it was cloud that I saw, you should just get cloud, or nothing, if he is selling for hundreds it must mean it is hard to make and not many can make it.

 

Transporter doesn't need the client patcher if the user is using Spoutcraft since it is already implemented into it

 

where can i buy clouds? And transporter sucks, too complicated and most ppl dont use spout :s

There is no way to have a plugin do this. If you run multiple servers behind a proxy (on the same box, one would hope, for bandwidth reasons), you can do a complicated proxy-based setup but that would take ages to configure.

you can do it without...
