Bukkit moderators?

    Can someone help me so i can make moderators for my server that can only do certain things? Is there a plugin for that i'm running 1.2.5 r0.1 Bukkit

    Just search for any typical permissions plugin. I'm a bit behind on what works and what doesn't, but bPerms and PEX seemed pretty stable last time I checked.

    So what do I put in permissions ex because I have it but I dont know how to use it.
