Is there a plugin like towny but with an easier plotting system?

I love the plugin towny, but I hate how they use 16x16 plots, or using chunks. So is there a plugin that is like towny, but has like a customizable plot sizing?
Like you can make plots using a stick for point one and point two, like world edit does.

If there isn't one like what I am saying, would anyone mind making one?

for mctowns, is there a way to expand a town like in towny or factions?

For the devs: could you try to make a plugin very similar to towny, but just change on how to make plots?
