    Ram leaking, LagSpikes, Crashes 1.4.5

    Since 1.4 bukkit i have TPS drop until 15 or lowest was 8. before i had no regular TPS drops with 20 onlineplayer on my root server i7-920...

    how about to add config value to globally disable serverstats feature? probably we can save server performance cause it doesn't have to log/listen...

    "error while reading file". i updated to 1.2.3 from 1.1. does something has changed with this file? 0.93.1, with bukkit beta2 #2060 or newest...
