    It says in the header that the version is 1.2.5 and is for 1318 yet the only download is for 1.2.3 and on your bukkit dev the 1.2.5 download says...

    I have everything setup and it loads correctly, but when someone who is not OP tries to choose a class it wont allow them or it wont even allow...

    if ur an admin u can reload the plugins with /reload more convenient then stopping and starting the server. and dc is short for disconnect.
