    same problem here. version 1.3.1 small amount of plugins. 16gig viper ram, i7-990x, solid-state drive, java 64. Never saw this happen till...

    Solved permissions ex groups wont show up in front of their name when people text

    I also have the same problem with the same exact plugins (PermisionsEX) along with ChatManager and more. Everything works fine but no ranks listed...
