Jojo's Bizzare Adventure Stands

Suggested name: Jojo's Bizzare Adventure Stands

What I want: Some stands from the anime "Jojo's Bizzare Adventure" implemented into
Minecraft that can be used without any commands, but maybe a wand item. (Stands are described by the anime as a "manifestation of life energy." Here's the link to the wiki: https://jojo.fandom.com/wiki/Stand, but the TL;DR version is: [A stand is a person, animal, or thing that is a ghost of your life force, meaning if the stand gets hurt, you do too and vice versa. A stand can have different powers, such as "The World" stand, who can stop time for up to 11 seconds and can still move around, or Killer Queen, who turns whatever they touch into a remotely detonated bomb. The stands are usually humanoid in shape, but can also be objects like swords and power outlets. The stand is controlled at close or long-range by the "stand user", a person who has a stand.]) The stands could be mobs like zombie variants and skeleton variants that spawn where you are facing and have a cooldown between uses. The mobs are fixed to the player and look and move with you. The stand users should have a semi-thick layer of colored potion effect particles based on their stand.

Stands I would like to see:

• The World (Husk, blinds and slows all entities and stops creeper explosions for a set amount of time, yellow particles)
• Killer Queen (Skeleton or White Cat,[hit an entity with a wand item to select it, then when the wand item is right-clicked, spawns primed TNT on the selected entity], purple particles)
• Star Platinum (Drowned, punches things really fast, purple particles)
• Other Stands If you've watched the anime or read the wiki.

Ideas for commands: /stand give @p StandName (to give a player a stand)

Ideas for permissions: player.standuser (If they can have a stand)
