Solved "To many connections!" Error

I have been getting a problem with my server as of recently. Previously this was not an issue, but suddenly this started happening.

I run a Minecraft server where it is a necessity that certain moderators log in with several accounts to have events that take place through out the server. As of today, whenever more than 3 accounts log in, this error occurs.

I need to know how to fix this. It was working before, so some setting must have been changed or an update must have happened. In order to run my server this is a necessity, please, and thank you in advance.

 

@Dark_Serpent, is this home hosted? Sounds like an issue communicating with the authentification servers.

 

It is. I run it off a computer I have dedicated for the server.

EDIT: How would I go about fixing it?

This may be something to ask the Spigot team as they maintain Bukkit (unofficial) now.
