Punishment Plugin 1.7.10

Hey Bukkit! Me and my friends are making a server and planning to go live very soon. BUT there's a problem! There is no punishment plugins that I can find for 1.7.10 and we need a player punish mod for the server. If someone would make a punishment plugin I would like the command layout to be for example /punish (Notch) kill and it kills the player. Also the maker can put in any punish command like /punish (Notch) lava pit and it makes a pit of lava under the player. So anyone think it could be made or what? Post it here once it's finished please.

What about Punishmental http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/punishmental/ ? I think it's updated to 1.7.2 so it should work fine on 1.7.10.
