What should I do? server crashes every 15 30 minutes with read time out Restart does not help because at the time of restarting the server will automatically kick players and hangs. I want to pull something like this time, please tell me me what to do
Can you provide some more details please? http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/you-need-help-we-need-this-information-to-help-you.2018/
What version of Bukkit? D'you have many (if any) plugins installed? And most importantly, what is the exact error message reported in the console? - To check the Bukkit version, just type "version" into the console. (It also reports it when it's launched) - To check plugins, just tell us what's inside the plugins folder (if you can't remember) - And just write down or copy and paste, or even screenshot the error and post it here.

Looks like you are getting the dreaded endofstream error. You should post your information into this thread: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/server-end-of-stream-error-join-the-discussion.15605/
That looks nasty. Okay well we're using 740 too, so it's not that. And you say even with all plugins disabled you still get this problem? If not, make sure they're all up to date. If that doesn't help then you can just reinstall them one by one until you find the one with the issue. Otherwise, we're looking at hardware issues most likely. A simple troubleshooting step I'd recommend to try out is this proxy. We use it and it helps quite a lot, particularly for people with dodgy hardware. It stops them getting lag and disconnects. Here's the link: <Edit by Moderator: Redacted mediafire url> Just double click it to launch it. Assuming your server port is still set to default (25565) then just leave the settings as they are and click Start. Alternatively you can flip the settings round so you don't need to tell everyone to connect to port 25500 instead. To do this: 1. Modify server.properties. Set the port to something else, say 25560. Save. 2. Launch tcpbufferv5.jar. Set (2) to 25560. Set (3) to 25565 (or whatever everyone connects to). Click Start. 3. Finally load up the Bukkit server. If that doesn't work, the next step is to look into router and firewall settings and that can be a pain in the ass, but it's worth taking a look. To get access to your router configuration pages by the way, do this: Go to the command prompt, type in "ipconfig" and then type in the default gateway address into internet explorer or another browser; It'll load it up.
I have just one message started listening at port 25565 players "allredy" conecting i think it means no problems? local host does not listen at 25561
Yeah, that's what it should say. Now when someone connects in Minecraft to [YOUR SERVER IP]:25565. the proxy will redirect the traffic to your Bukkit server. So load up Bukkit and leave it running. If people can connect and it doesn't crash, then it's all good.
I have just one message started listening at port 25565 players "allredy" conecting i think it means no problems? local host does not listen at 25561 2. 25561 3.25565
Okay, so just make sure Bukkit is configured correctly. - Shutdown the Bukkit server. - Go to the Bukkit folder. - Open "server.properties" with Notepad. - Make sure the server-port line reads "server-port=25561" - File -> Save - Run the Bukkit server again.
No is't work Ok DONE))) now i need to wait? EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
Could really do with more information if you want help. First of all, d'you mean the proxy isn't working, meaning no-one can connect through it at all? Because if so that's pretty weird. Everyone who's tried it it's worked for...even if there's still a Bukkit problem. Make sure you have the right port numbers entered and you're allowing the Proxy (javaw.exe) through the firewall. Or... D'you mean that the proxy is working and forwarding the connections but you're still getting the server crash/error message? Yeah, if it's working and people can connect, just wait and see if you get the crash again.
nice work u did Thanks you! now just sitting and waiting if the server will no longer hang I use this program? EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
I hope it will work) Thank you so much dude, even if it does not help you're the first who normally answer my question))) So much so created, and everywhere that we should not write. plus 100 to you
aha Everything was great about 18 hours. Then I changed the time of the restart with 1:00 to 4. was then restarted and after ten minutes later the server crashed ( EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
You really have to get in the habit of providing more information. Remember, it is essential for us to know what's going on, otherwise we simply cannot help you. The first question would be, exactly what error message again - was it identical? Also, did it happen exactly when someone logged on? Did you have the proxy running again or did you turn it off? And also, what d'you mean you "changed the time of the restart with 1:00 to 4"?
I changed the time between restarts from one hour to four, error is always one and the same proxy worked all night everything was fine until the morning
Alright. I doubt the restart interval is related to this particular error. My suspicion is that one of the players that connects is the cause. Try checking out the proxy log and see if the same IP address comes up each time Bukkit crashes. If so, then you know it's that one player. Also, did you have a chance to check over your router?
I do not have a router. a direct VPN connection to fiber-optic line I expect that this same person a cause of freezing
In that case, try to identify who it is. I assume you know them as they're constantly trying to get on your server. Once you've find out who it is, ask him what kind of internet setup he's using. Maybe it's doing something odd. To be honest, I'm running out of ideas. Hopefully someone else can provide a little insight.
