Looking for game-type ideas

Hello Bukkit people!

I am creating a server (As most of the rest of the community is.) and one of the things I am working toward is a completely unique server, something that hasn't been tried before on any other server. I have been brainstorming for a while and I haven't come up with any really good ideas. So I decided to ask you guys to see if you can help me. Remember, I am looking for game-types (Like MineZ, Factions, SkyBlock, etc. Not like minigames. Stuff like mazes, Survival Games, Spleef, etc.)

I am looking for someone (or a team) that is good at building adventure maps. I have received a lot of requests lately for an adventure map.

 

well when people want their own server, They tend to go with servers which are the same as the most popular ones. Then they wonder why they haven't got so many players on every day. I like when you said you wanted to try something that hasnt been done on a server before as we all know theres hundreds of servers including "factions, and survival games etc" but you can make a server including them plugins but it has to have something different/better than any other server. I did make a "walking dead server" a while back.. which was based on survivng etc with a good zombie plugin etc to make it interesting! i choose it as there is less than 10 walking dead servers that i managed to find. I closed it as i got to busy and didnt have the time. But im remaking the server and hopefully getting it up soon.

 

A C.O.D. server would be interesting...

 

Yeah i suppose it would. But don't forget to make a server you will enjoy making and playing on. Not a server just to get lots of people on! But if you want a popular server.. just get survival games... i did host one on my pc. Me stupid enough putting the slots to 100 not expecting to get that much.. When it turned out that after an hour. I had 60 online and my pc coudnt handle it and it just stopped! lol
