zPermissions not reading SQL?

    I have a main server with zpermissions installed and I have a branch server with it installed, the ranks work on the main server but when I log into the branch server the ranks are not copied so I don't have a rank. All of my servers are hosted on the same machine as well.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
