Zombie pigman police plugin

I am running a bukkit server for minecraft 1.12.2.

I am looking for a plugin that summons police(zombies, zombie pigman, skeleton) when a player kills another player. The police will target the killer and after killing the killer the police will despawn.

I tried using the poilice box plugin which doesnt work

Here is what I did:

1) I installed the plugin.
2) I put the plugin in the plugins folder
3) I ran the bukkit server and it came up with an error

Error:

Could not load policeBox.jar in folder 'plugins' uses the space-character <0x20>

You can ignore the error. The plugin should work fine.

What part of that plugin does not work? Are there any other errors?
