Solved "You do not have access to that command"

Whenever I try and use an essentials command I receive the message "You do not have access to that command". This is only happening to essentials commands, everything else is fine. I'm also opped. not sure why this is happening. I am using group manager but I'm opped so i should have access regardless of the permissions

austin652 Disable perworldplugins, if still fails, use /manucheckp playername permission to check why is permission denied for you.
