Yeditor 1.2 not working with permissions 2.7.4

Hello

Just today yeditor 1.2 has stopped working with my world.yml file with permissions 2.7.4. i know both plugins are inactive and old but they worked fine since today. my problem is now randomly i am getting an error for yt thats says plugins/permissions/world.yml) Permission denied. what does that mean? its denying it from editing my permissions file now... does anyone know a fix for it? i have tried updating to permissions 3.x but can never get it to work

I know this is an post but I found out the world.yml file on my server broke somehow. A quick copy of all date inside and paste into a newly created world.yml file seemed to fix it .
